This species has been documented for the first time in the second half of the 17th century and is derived from Transylvania ( Transylvania ) . This vine produces low acidity , mild wines .
Our Sylvaner vineyard is over 30 years old . As with all old vineyards brings this less amount income , what we like to take benefit of the high quality of the grapes in purchasing . The taste wonderfully here !
